Senior members of Hunnewell Partners have successfully managed and exited funds that invested in some of the most high profile companies, including regulated and listed companies, in the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and the USA in the past 20 years. 

Hunnewell was founded by Irakli Rukhadze, a sole US citizen and former CEO of Caucasus Advisors, Ben Marson, an English solicitor, and Igor Alexeev, a Russian-American executive with a background in finance. 

On February 6, 2026, Hunnewell Partners completed the sale of Imedi TV to Prime Media Global and the channel’s current management.
